November 9, 2006 Grayton Grace is Born

At 8:42PM, our family became three. Grayton Grace joined the world weighing in at 8 lbs and 12 oz. Her length was 21inches. Amber was a wonderful mother and was in labor for just over 12 hours. I would however like to thank the individual that created the epideral; it could be the greatest invention ever.

Mother and bay are doing wondeful. Grayton has black hair and currently blue eyes. She is very alert.

Thank you to everyone and their prayers and warm wishes. When the family is home from the hospital, I will add more pictures.

This photo is from the night of November 8. Tomorrow morning Amber will be going to the hospital to be induced. We will check into the hospital at 7Am. Amber's parents are both in town visiting and my family is also awaiting Grayton's arrival. As the day goes on we will know more and as soon as I have an opportunity, I will update the site over the weekend. As a side note Herb Profitt, a co-worker of Danny's won the pool by default. He had the last guess of November 8 at 10:45am. He walks with $255.
